Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to the mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. Your order will be shipped within two business days after receiving your payment. In case of pre-order, the delivery time will be notified to buyer case by case. Delivery times vary between 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location. We ship your order using the transportation services of UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number, so you can always trace your parcel.
Delays in shipping: We do our utmost to deliver your order in time. If deliveries delay, please contact us immediately.
3. Articles Not Collected
HERDI cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. If parcels are not picked up, they will be returned to us. We do not take responsibility for items returned to us. Customers will be charged for a second shipping attempt if the package was not received or collected on the first delivery. You might want to provide your work address instead of your home address.
4. 100% Satisfaction
HERDI aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with one or more items upon receipt, you have the right to inform us within 14 days and return them. Items not reported within this period are considered sold. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund the purchase price within 7 -14 days of receiving the returned items. Delivery/freight is nonrefundable.

Our parcels are packed with the greatest care and are sent with insured postal services.
Should damage occur during transport, we will replace or refund the damaged item.
To start a claim, we must open a case with the postal services within 5 days.

- Picture(s) of the damaged item
We will send you a return label so you can send us back the item free of charge
We replace the damaged item, or if you prefer, we proceed with a refund.
6. Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in our Customer Relation Management system to process your order. We use your personal data exclusively for internal marketing purposes, such as sending newsletters. Your personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Liability
