- Where are the warehouse located?
Our warehouse located at 1301 Forestburg Drive, Houston, TX 77038 (North Houston). Walk-ins are always welcome and you can make us a call or just lease us a message for appointment.

- Can I purchase directly from the store?
Yes, you can walk-in check and pickup at our warehouse. But confirm the quantity and payment with our sales team first. After got your payment our warehouse team will give you material.
- How much material should I order?
We recommend taking extra 10% - 15% of the material you need to avoid running short due to cutting or breakage.
- Do I receive the same product as in the pictures?
All products at Herdi are Natural Stone, and all of them are product of nature. Any variations in texture, color, veining and pattern must be accepted. It is always possible that products are different from each other. These differences and disparities are part of what makes the stone beautiful.
The sample can only give a reflection or idea of formation, vein, and texture.
- How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
You can choose to pick up at our warehouse (if your location near ours) or delivery:
- Pickup at our warehouse: you can give us your pickup time then after appointment made your articles available to pickup at warehouse.
- Delivery: Your order will be sent within 3 working days after your payment. We work with transport companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS… so when you place an order, you always receive a tracking number. Then you can easily to follow up yours package.
- What the payment do you accept?
All payment on the website are made through our electronic payment system of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, that’s no problem at all. Please contact our expert team online or send us an e-mail with your request at info@herdistone.com.
- If I order online in the web shop, can I collect my order in one of your stores?
Yes, you can. You can click on this option when completing your order. You will not pay any shipping costs. We will get the order ready for you in one of our stores.
- Do you offer design or installation services?
No, but we will be happy to refer you to a list of independent Pro Network partners and local trade professionals who can assist you with your tile and stone installation. However, we do not guarantee these installations or the accuracy of any information provided by the installers and accepts no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the installation or any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. In no event may HERDI STONE be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any installation or information concerning installation.
- What material can be used indoors?
All HERDI materials can be used indoors. There are some that are typically used outdoors because of the thickness of the material, but you can also use them inside if you like.
- What is your return policy?
- If any of our products do not meet your satisfaction upon receipt, you have the right to notify us within 14 business days and return the items to us.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in good sellable condition. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. We will refund the purchase price of the items within 7- 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- No returns are allowed on Special Order material or discontinued material.
- Installation of product constitutes acceptance of material. Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances.
- Delivery/freight is nonrefundable.

- What happens if my tile break during transit?
We will do all in our ability to keep the package safe as much as possible while shipping process, but the broken or damage within transit is unavoidable because our material will be in “fragile” label. If you find broken material in your order and feel that you cannot repurpose those pieces for cut pieces or future repairs, please note any damages on your Proof of Delivery receipt and promptly notify HERDI sales representative to discuss return and/or replacement details.
